HR Partner (Beijing) ---工作地点：北京市
角色和职责
1.Provide advice & counsel on organizational & people issues relating to Business Unit’s strategies, needs, & priorities.
2.Execute & implement HR programs. Partner with HR functions to assure Business Unit relevancy & acceptance
3.Deliver & represent the HR strategy to the line organization
4.Responsible for HR client relationship with line management team.
5.Talent Management: Ensure has the right talent, in the right location, at the right time
6.Implement Leadership Strategies: Encourage & promote leadership development activities & cultural attributes
7.Operational Excellence: Launch & Execute HR Program Successfully:
8.Act as a “Business Partner”: Understand the Business needs to provide relevant people & organizational solutions
9.Cultural Cohesion: Implement a common set of values that guide how employees need to work, treat other & be treated
需求
1.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral & written English must be very well
2.More than 3 years working experience in multinational company, HR experiences and knowledge is preferred
3.Have good sense about HR management and philosophy
4.Overseas study or work experience is preferred
