HR Manager
Job description:
• Responsible for HR operation, recruitment, C&B, employee communication etc.
• Support management team to set up and implement HR system, policy, procedure to ensure the operation running smoothly.
• Have strategic input into organization design, structure, system, job design, and related change and transition management.
• Implement HR elements of business initiatives
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices within Company guidelines
• Ensure HR service delivery and reporting requirements are met
• Manage organizational talent/workforce planning
2. Candidate Profile
• Above 28 years old, Chinese origin, university level, having more than 5 years HR overall experience in a foreign company/Joint-venture in Recruitment, C&B and employee relation
• Working experience in retail or labor-intensive industry will be a plus.
• Solid and mature human values, warm and tolerant to multi cultures and different personalities,
• Have strong sense on field operation and on business needs; able to be close to field team and management;
• Mature communication skill;
• Good maturity and good sense to support and advise operations managers;
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
