Client:
A German electronic manufacturing services provider.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
Operations Manager (German)
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develop production technology roadmaps creating the production work instruction technical support of in pilot run stage
+ Time management (for routing) ERP data processing (maintaining Bill-Of-Materials (BOM) and creating & maintaining routing) productivity measures (workflows and products)
+ Be responsible for production change note
+ Trouble shooting for process issues
+ Other assignments by supervisor
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
+ More than 3 years related experience in manufacturing company
+ Familiar with project management
+ Experience in auto parts manufacturing is preferred
+ Knowledge of total productive maintenance (TPM) and statistical process control
+ Good computer skills
+ Strong communication, organization, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving skills
+ Self motivated and good team-work spirit, able to work under pressure
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English, fluent in German is a plus
+ Willing to live and work in Taicang
