A simplified management model: an employee's base salary is $2000; his/her contribution is $5000; then his/her net contribution is $5000-$2000=$3000. The company takes 60%*$3000=$1800 and the employee takes 40%*$3000=$1200. Here shows an example. The question is how to precisely and quickly track and calculate the employee's contribution by considering his/her using the company resources (such as epuipments, tools, and so on) and the results generated.
