A US-invested beverage company in China Seeking a CEO
The Company:
A US-invested beverage company has its China’s operation headquarter in Shanghai and has built the world’s "highest" and most advanced spring water production ba<x>se on the top of 17,575 feet/5350 meters mountains in Tibet. The company’s current production line is rare and precious naturally sparkling and artesian mineral water with some supposed curative properties bottled at the source. The spring water will be sold globally. The Company plans to go public through IPO in US in fall of 2010.
Job Responsibilities
As CEO, you will be accountable for the success of the company. You will be responsible for:
- the formulation and delivery of the business strategy and vision
- establishing current and long range goals, ob<x>jectives, plans and policies ba<x>sed on the strategy, to Board approval;
- the execution of the business plan relying on your exceptional leadership, influencing, communication, and operational skills;
- building the senior management team, and leading the team to work together with clear direction to achieve the company’s goals;
- constructing the company culture and values, and creating the best place to work for employees;
- setting budgets and managing the company’s capital;
- overseeing day-to-day operations and the productivity and profitability of the company;
- coordinating with difference subsidiary companies or divisions worldwide to insure every divisions of the company work together efficiently;
- business development and forming partnerships; and
- representing the company with major customers and shareholders.
Job Qualifications:
The CEO’s qualifications should include:
- Ten (10) years or more of senior management experience in beverage or the related industries. Previous experience as a CEO, President or Division Manager of a larger company preferred.
- A track record of leading a new company or a new division of a larger company from scratch to success.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage market worldwide and the related government laws and regulations for food and beverage industry.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional sales and relationship skills and existing senior level contact ba<x>se within the industry.
- Chinese and English bilingual and excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- A positive team spirit and morale, and inspiration to team
- Energetic, dynamic, strategic, and loving the businesses, thinking like owners, and exuding integrity and ability.
- Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred
The position is ba<x>sed in Shanghai, China and travel is required to Tibet, US, Hong Kong, and nation-wide and worldwide.
The Company will provide you with a competitive salary commensurate with experience with bonus ba<x>sed on performance and include stock options.
