Interests on studying Route 128 High Tech businesses are rising tremendously in China these days, from government officers to researchers, and to businesses. I have listed some of the questions I have received recently below.
我们比较关注金融危机后美国128高新科技产业带发展现状，特别是产学研合作的一些新举措，比如：1、构建产学研结合的技术创新战略联盟；2、建设企业技术创新服务平台（扶持技术转移）；3、组织实施技术创新工程；4、引导创新型企业建设；5、风险投资机会等。
我比较关注的问题包括：
1.1960s后西部硅谷崛起后，128公路是否衰落了？如果是，原因是什么？如果不是，靠什么力量或特色保持其强势？
2.128公路是伴随二战后迅速发展的，当外部环境发生变化（特别是经济全球化）后，128公路经历了怎样的发展道路？
3.128公路现状如何？在美国几个不同的科技园区中（硅谷、北卡、德州Austin等）处于什么位置？特色是什么？存在的主要问题是什么？未来前景如何？
4.128公路对中国发展科技园区有什么借鉴之处？（包括经验和教训）128公路在哪些方面可以与国内开展合作？有哪些方面的国内政策需求？
5.128公路中华人企业（主要负责人是华人或者主要有华人承担核心业务的企业）情况如何？业务分布在哪些领域？所占比例如何？与其他国裔（日本人、印度人等）的企业相比，有什么不同？
I would like to invite you to join our October 128CUTE round table discussion meeting next Saturday afternoon (Oct. 17). The discussion will be led by Dr. Yuan, Zhibin, an influential scholar in policy and management of science and technology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and currently a fellow at Harvard University.
