【求助】原东德地区有一个厂房和土地要卖，请在德国的朋友帮忙为盼！
一个国内的大公司在1993年的时候买了一家东德的公司。这家德国公司已经停产多年，只剩下房产和土地要卖。国内公司希望能把房产和土地卖掉。
我两年前曾经试图帮助他们，但是没有成功。前几天他们的老总又来找我，告诉我这次一定一定帮他们把这个问题解决了，他们马上就要搞股份制改革了，所以不能再拖了。而且他讲，事成之后一定给很优厚的报酬（我可以和他们事前谈好）。
我和他们老总私交不错，所以这次不得不帮这个忙。

Most of their patents has expired. So, they don’t have many patents.
They still have the brand name of Renak, but need to reinstate it.
