Macau casino company Melco PBL Entertainment Ltd. Late Monday priced its initial public offering at $19 per American depositary share due to strong demand in what is expected to be one of the largest IPOs of the year. The company had initially given a price trange of $16 to $18 per ADS for its offering 53 million shares, but raised the offering to 60.3 million shares with a $19 price per share due to demand. Each American depositary share represets three ordinary shares of Melco. The company’s stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "MPEL".
