(1) Let's assume the expected return of 小老板（天使投资人）is 100% every year (generally, the seed investors often apply discount rates of over 80% to the projects in which they invest).
(2) According to 销售经理 L, after 5 years, the sales will reach 100 million units. since the largest manufacture of the product make 300 million units, we expect that after 6 years, the market will be saturated, the growth rate of the company will drop significantly to only 5%, according to DCF model, the present value of the company is about 3.43 million.
(3) Let's assume that, at the beginning, the owners of the company (person L, Q, G) issued totally 1.15 million shares of stock, $1 per share,
then
小老板（天使投资人）650,000 investment will buy about 650,000 / 3.43 million = 18.9 % of the company.
owners will own 81.1% of the company, total shares of the company now should be 1.15 million/ 81.1% = 1.418 million.
销售经理L will have 300,000/1.418 million = 21.2% of the company
亲戚Q will have 500,000/1.418 million = 35.3% of the company
生产主管G will have 350,000/1.418 million = 24.7% of the company
小老板（天使投资人）will have 18.9% (268,002 shares) of the company.
After 小老板（天使投资人）invest, price per share is 2.43, total value of the company now is about 2.43 * 1.418 million = 2.789 million.
