Sr. Vice-president –Petroleum
Scope of responsibility：
1． Establish the vision and to-be of the operating company and realize their embodiment; make clear the direction set by relevant organizing R&R and Mission; and bring forward the accomplishable organizing target through participation of member V/W and reach a consensus.
2． Set CbA target, and carry out L/H/C on the executing team of relevant implementing plan so as to realize the target; according to the change of environmental/economic conditions, periodically realize the optimization of operating target and implementation plan; as well as make fare and reasonable evaluation/rewards & feedback on business achievements.
3． Maintain the optimal portfolio of organizing structures and human resource, pursue environmental (work/people) creation through SUPEX, accelerate active work of member V/W and realize the maximization of happiness feeling the employees, as well as the confirmation/selection/cultivation of CEO candidates of the operating company.
Job requirement：
1． The work experience of assuming the decision-making posts above department leader in at least two fields among M/P/R/S (market, production, research and support).
2． The experience of assuming posts at team leader level (ideally business department leader) in promotion of petroleum/new chemical business, and assuming posts at team leader level in global business development/launching aspect.
3． Working experience in enterprise planning/finance/personnel aspects or R&R implementing experience comprehensively managing above fields.
