# Job Responsibility
SPA manager lead the business analysts to support their counter parts in Japan. Their mission is to
- develop in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by the business that they are supporting
- research and collect business data to support decision making
- Identify important patterns and patterns in search for critical performance drivers and sales growth opportunity
- Produce sales forecast based on historical records and sales team input
- Produce business review documents and support other ad hoc analysis requirements
# Qualification
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills (High GMAT and/or academic scores is a good indication)
- Demonstrated capability to understand and analyze complex and ambiguous business problems
- Good written or verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team work / project environment with a deadline
- 3 years business experience with approximately 1 year experience in a business analysis & planning position, preferably with a multi-national company
- Candidates with an MBA from a leading institution (GPA required) will be considered even if they have less business experience
- Prior consulting experience a big plus
- Business proficiencies in Japanese & Mandarin. English will be a big plus
