Job Description:
Building up a set of effective process management solutions in light of actual project situations
Implementing and tracking processes in project work flows
Problem solving for processes and procedures
Developing English documents of processes and procedures
Suggesting improvement measures for the company
Maintaining and updating quality systems
Requirements:
Computer science degree or an equivalent degree
1 or more years of experience in programming or testing
2 or more years of experience in software process management and QA work
Strong communication and managing skills
The ability of finding out problems and solving questions
Strong English or Japanese skills (must)
Active and aggressive
Creative in thought
Has an enthusiasm for QA work
Experience in leading team or project (optional)
