1.Post: Director of Design Services -Asia
Minimum Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have at least ten years experience in a fast-paced product development environment. Bachelor of Science degree in engineering discipline required (Masters degree preferred), MBA or equivalent business experience preferred. Strong technical capabilities are required but also must have solid business development initiative. Demonstrated experience in leading multi-discipline engineering teams. Experience with developing integrated solutions that span the entire product lifecycle from pre-production planning, specification development and design, to product validation testing, prototyping, production ramp support, sustaining, and end-of-life produce service and support. A solid awareness of effective supply chain practices is also necessary.

2.Post:(Top urgent) Design Manager (2 , 1 of these two shld have strong background in Power Supply.)
> Would like the candidate to have strong technical background:
> For example, Start as Design Engineer, then Project Leader, then Design Manager would be perfectly our target.
>
> Candidates with related management exp. in managing a design group with more than 30 personnels and handling project budget preferred.
>
> One is based in Shenzhen and shld have strong background in Power Supply Background.


3. Post:Purchasing Manager
Experience required:
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Planning, Procurement or Engineering.
* At least 5 years experience in manufacturing industry
* Liaise with technical, quality and global materials team to qualify, audit and build partnership or alliance with Suppliers
* Ability to achieve effective technical sourcing and conduct cost analysis required
* Good communications skills, teamwork and result oriented


4. Post: Supply Chain Program Manager
Responsibilities:
· Developing Partner Supply Chains and integrating them Jabil’s and customer’s as appropriate.
o Liaise with other regional leaders to co-ordinate programs and initiatives.
· Support the development of the co-location logistics model for APAC region
· Work to solution Legal Contracts / Terms and Conditions of co-location
· Lead the sizing and analysis of customer program opportunities and determine the SC partners and logistics for APAC region
o Coordinate Quotes and RFQ in a highly efficient manner to ensure rapid response
o Logical selection of partners based on Cost and SC Logistics.
o Interface with the Regional BUM for early involvement and rapid Quote response
· Develop Improvement Programs for each partner in APAC region and monitor the execution of these improvement programs.
o Some being SCM related others being Commercial, Cost, Design, or Logistics based.
· Support & Coordinate the QBR and Metrics driven process for all information both to Jabil and customer
· Attend all regional meeting and promote communication and efficient information flow to all partners.
· Develop Technology interfaces for Design related activities and support selection of new key partners based on cost, quality, and performance

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Materials Logistics, or related discipline
A minimum of five years related work experience.
Experience in design and product launch environment is preferred.
A proven track record in negotiation, cost reduction, and product management is required.

5.Position: BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER:
PREREQUISITES:
1. University degree preferably in Engineering or Business. Postgraduate degree in business is preferred.
2. Significant previous business experience of 5 years or more.
3. Good communication skill as well as management shills to manage operation processes and people.
4. Flexible for rotations in project opportunities.
5. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Possess strong entrepreneurial skill.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 It shall be the responsibility of the Director of Business to indoctrinate this document, and ensure that all functions carried out by the department are in harmony with this document.
2 It shall be the responsibility of the Business Unit Manager to perform the functions outlined within this document in a professional and expedient manner.
