Position：Sales & Marketing VP/Director
Job Description:
* The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for building the marketing and sales organization in China.
* This person will report directly to the VP of marketing and sales in the US headquarters.
* This person will develop and implement the marketing and sales strategy for the Asia market.
* This person will also be responsible for hiring a sales team, setting and achieving sales goals, and implementing
financial compensation plans that are appropriate for the local market.
* To be successful in this role, the candidate will also need to provide cross function leadership and teamwork.
Required skills:
* Bachelors Degree
* 7-10 years of successful sales and sales management experience
* Experience in technical, business to business sales
* Experience in the electric vehicle industry or a battery related business is preferred
* Good written and spoken English sills

Location: Shanghai or Suzhou preferred. Beijing or Shenzen will also be considered.
the salary: RMB 0.4-1 million/Y, depend on the candidates' experience and ability.
