4. China Resource Team Leader
Job Description:
This role has been created to help drive the SSS China resourcing team forward in a positive direction. The resourcing team has undergone a period of change and we are looking for an experienced professional to take the lead and continue to drive positive change in our resourcing team.
The resourcing team leader will be responsible for meeting the company’s dynamic resourcing needs and implementing resourcing plans
The person needed for this role will work with both internal and external stakeholders where necessary and be a confident person with the ability to deal with changing requirements, whilst effectively managing expectations.
Essential Skills:
Experienced recruitment professional ideally within the field of IT. However, general recruitment experience is also highly considered. We are looking for people with a minimum of 3-5 years worth of recruitment experience or sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Building, maintaining and creating good relationships is important for this role, so you must be a people person.
Strong negotiation skills and comfortable working in a result driven, sales focused environment. Therefore, high energy and drive is required.
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to effectively manage changing deadlines is important.
Knowledge of the IT software market - ideally IT outsourcing.
Excellent English - ability to confidently work in English is essential to this role.
Desirable:
Strong relationship with recruitment agencies, relevant government authorities and educational institutions.
Experience of working in a foreign company or joint venture in China is very useful.
Experience of working or studying outside of China.
5. Senior Controller
Job Description:
Financial Controller/Management Accountant required to work alongside existing Financial Accounts team. Key tasks will include the setting up and maintenance of financial control systems for management control of company finances and reviewing GL and tax declarations, balance sheet analysis along with the preparation and review of journal entries and inter-company accounts reconciliation.
Essential Skills:
1. Good communication skills in English – ability to present financial data to senior management in English.
2. Experience as a financial controller/management accountant
3. A good understanding to China New Accounting Standards and New Corporate Income Tax Law.
4. General Ledger management & taxation treatments
5. Analysis of data for management monitoring and control
6. Experience of having designed/implemented management reports/controls
7. Good Office skills with experience of spreadsheets, presentations, word processing
Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS GAAP
2. Be familiar with accounting software UFIDA
3. Ability to use an international accounting software system
Requirements:
4. At least 7 years working experience in related accounting/controlling function.
5. Bachelor in finance area
6. Excellent written and oral English and Chinese communication skills
7. Integrity
8. Self motivated, highly committed to the job, immune to pressure.
9. Proven experience in implementing control systems and being able to present financial data to senior management in English
6. IS Support Analyst
This is a key technical role within the IS structure. A high degree of professionalism, confidence, tenacity and integrity is expected.
Candidates will have proven experience of day to day management, support & design of IT infrastructures within a similar environment and must be flexible to spend time on our other Asia sites as well as our Hangzhou office.
