Job description
This role is responsible for managing the overall Clients relationship and view by the Clients as a Single Contact point. Managing the operational relationship with our Clients. Ensure overall relationship inside and outside of the operation. Ensure the capabilities of the centre and support solution and engagement team. The person fulfilling this role is viewed by both GPS and Clients as a single point of contact for any management issues.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
Additional information
Candidate must possess all of the following:
Organizational skills and ability to make sensible decisions from technical, business and visual perspectives.
Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML and xml.
Excellent written and spoken English.
In-depth knowledge of some of the following will be valuable: DHTML, ASP, .Net, JSP or C#, Flash, AJAX
At least 2 years web project management experience working on international brands as well as prior web development experience.
Strong leadership, presentation and time-management skills.
Ability to perform creative and technical analysis of client requirem
