City Branch Operation Manager(Chengdu/Chongqing)
1. Assist line managers in people management (ops) in designated district to keep the talents & lower the attrition rate
2. Assist line managers in service quality overall management to ensure the standard service delivery in designated district
3. Work with training department, ops head office, to orgnize ops staff coaching & training in term of OP&P, regulation, basis skills/knowledge periodically
4. Represent deligated district to participate in operational related projects and provide constructive ideas for process improvement and risk management
5. Able to build up good relationship with all counterparts on behalf OPS teams in deisgnated district
6. Supervise the operations of SZ district in budget performance and able to maximize staff productivity of operation teams but minimize the risks in all types
7. Set SMART for BOM/ABOM/BB Support Mgr and jointly conduct year-end performance review with business heads for the staffs who has dual reporting line
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Batchler degree at least
2. At least 8 years banking experience, with 5 years above in manageral position, working in Foregin bank previals
3. Familiar with both corporate and individual business and related regulations
4. Fluent in both written and verbal English
5. Good at office software skills
6. Able to work under pressure and good sense in customer service
7. Good team work and communication skills
Commercial Banking Assistant Relationship Banker(Chengdu/Chongqing)
SUMMARY
Proactively source and expand Commercial Banking client relationships by maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring customer retention.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
At least 1 year solid experiences in the banking industry with extensive exposure to corporate customer relationship management;
Trade Finance knowledge with strong sales orientation is a plus;
Client acquisition - strong origination capabilities & proven revenue generator;
Client management
- Relationship management skills;
- Good judge of potential qualified clients/deals.
- Good at structuring deals to balance risk and reward.
Professional written and verbal communication both in English and Mandarin.
Results oriented, customer focused with a bias for action and sense
Self starter – takes independent initiative & drives for results.
Good analytical, innovation, business relationship and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of PRC banking related laws and regulations.
Effective and efficient team player.
