Position：Modular Design (Product Design) Manager/ Senior Engineer
Location: Qingdao
The number of: 4 people
Washing machine (fully automatic, double-barrel) modular design manager for a person;
Washing machine (drum) modular design manager for a person;
TV modular design manager, a person;
Water heater modular design manager, a person;
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for household appliances structure modular system planning: demand analysis, market planning and market channel development;
Responsible for household appliances structure module system development and design, innovation, improve market share;
The whole process is responsible for household appliances structure module project management, from program design to the whole process is responsible for project implementation;
Responsible for appliance module design quality, cost improvement, cost competitiveness, responsible;
Responsible for household appliances modular system-wide processes, project risk assessment and profitability assessment.
Job requirements:
Education and professional:
University or higher education, engineering, mechanical type of professional
Work experience: 10 years of working experience in well-known enterprises.
Skills and abilities:
With globalization, Modular Design (Product Design) resource integration capability;
With machine development experience is preferred;
Have a strong team management capabilities, analytical judgments and decision-making ability and ability to communicate the problem.
