1、To assist CEO to handle the daily work efficiently and responsible for travel arrangement for CEO;

2、To prepare special reports, gather and summarise data according to requirements;

3、To be responsible for preparation for the meeting and taking dictation or meeting minutes according to requirements;

4、To be responsible for document management according to requirements;

5、To be responsible for following up action plans according to requirements;

6、To coordinate the formal visit from customer and governmental authority.

任职资格：

1、associate degree or above;

2、More than 2 years related working experience;

3、Good capability of modifying related working reports and files;

4、Excellent ability of communication and organization, can work under pressure;

5、Be with good temperament and apperance, and minimum height for this adventure is 165cm;

6、good command of written and reading English, CET-6 or above;

7、Service-minded, active and self-motivated. Need to be with driving license.
