Job Description
Role & Opportunity:
We are looking for a strong developer who is passionate about the next wave of our Windows Phone based devices. You will be responsible for cooperate with OEM customer device team to create high quality devices drivers. An ideal candidate must feel comfortable with drivers/kernel level software development and debugging, and must have design and development experiences in one or more of the following areas: ACPI/UEFI and embedded firmware/OS, HAL/BSP and device/storage drivers, Graphics drivers and DirectX, Wi-Fi/Mobile-3G/Bluetooth and networking stacks. You should possess a strong technical background and a good grasp of software engineering principles, exceptional problem solving, design, programming, and debugging skills. A demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain is presumed. Successful candidates should have a solid track record of shipping production software.
Responsibilities:
- Device driver development and debugging/problem solving at the lowest layers of the system.
- Work on site with OEM device driver development team to develop device drivers.
- Analyze performance and stability issues on devices; provide feedback and solutions to the other teams within Windows Phone to incorporate needed changes.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science (MS is a plus). 5+ years of relevant software development experience in C/C++
- Familiar with the ARM architecture
- Rich experiences on drivers for AV/graphics/networking, etc.
- Experience working at low levels of the software stack, device driver development, and integration of HW/SW.
- Excellent debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communications/customer interfacing skill and the ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize issues.
- Strong software architecture and design skills.
- The ability to work independently, but also operate as part of a team.
Helpful, but not Required skills:
- Experience with embedded device development (Windows Mobile WinCE, shell, inbox/PIM apps, internet explorer, phone applications, etc.)
(Senior) Software Developer-iPhone IOS上层开发
Responsibilities:
1. Software development on iphone platform.
2. Software porting to iPhone platform.
Main requirements:
1. Good C++ or object C experience.
2. 1+ years of iPhone development experience.
3. Good knowledge of the Mac OS and iPhone SDK development environment and API.
4. Good experience about application development, UI design and multi-touch features.
5. Strong problem solving skills and fast learning.
6. Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English.
Other requirements:
1. Agile/Scrum experience should be one plus.
2. The reference application published in App Store will be a plus.
Windows Phone 7 SW Engineer
Qualifications:
* In depth knowledge of C# programming language (min 5 yrs);
* Prior experience with Microsoft Windows Phone 7;
* Experience in Microsoft Silverlight, XNA or .NET framework;
* Solid understanding of object-oriented design and concepts;
* Good knowledge and practice in sound software development principles, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor or master in computer science or equivalent;
* Excellent knowledge of Windows Phone 7 development;
* Experience in other programming languages like C++, or Java;
* Strong command of English;
* Excellent team skills enjoy working in a team;
* Self-starting, driven and passionate;
DESIRED SKILLS AND PLUSES:
* Experience in developing reusable components and libraries;
* Interest in mobile application development;
* Experience in mobile platforms;
* Knowledge of xml;
* Experience in UX/UI realization.
Web Service Specialist for Mobile Solutions 高级技术顾问/专家，熟悉web后台开发，但不需要做coding
Responsibilities
1. Works as specialist to set up and support web service development for different project requirements
2. Develop shell scripts to automate system management tasks.
3. Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot system performance problem.
4. Capacity and system expansion planning
Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master Degree.
2. 7+ years of web service deployment and administration experience.
3. Good experience of HTML5+javascript+CSS development
4. Familiar with web service building and maintenance on Linux platform based on OSS components and LAMP architecture.
5. Familiar with popular web service architecture, such as Ruby on Rails, Zend or Spring on J2EE, PHP, Ruby platform
6. Good problem solving skills in Linux/Unix environment.
7. Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English.

Senior Linux (Android) Kernel Developer 熟悉linux内核和驱动
Requirement:
5+ years of Linux platform or embedded Linux device development experience
Familiar with Linux kernel and device driver development
Familiar with kernel porting, especially for ARM platform
Familiar with general Linux userspace development skills
Strong C/C++ skills is needed
Android kernel porting experience is a plus
Experience of leading a kernel team is a plus
Other requirements
B.Sc. or above in Computer Science or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Familiar with Agile/SCRUM software development model is a plus
Good command of English
Team player with good communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and achievement oriented
