JOB TITLE
Title: Finance Reporting System Administrator
Responsible for: Finance Reporting System Maintenance
PURPOSE OF THE JOB (Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization)
Maintain Finance Reporting System of Essbase and HFM and prepare the data input and output template to support monthly closing and monthly reporting process.
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position)
1.Maintain system outline settings and consolidation scripts for purpose of finance reporting;
2.Transfer data from HFM to Essbase and reconcile the data consistency;
3.Prepare data input / output template to generate monthly management report;
4.Support to APOD entities on HFM technical issue at monthly closing period
5.Coordinate IBM data center for server maintainence.
SPECIFIC ISSUES (Such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc…)
Location: Beijing
Travel frequency: Less than 1 day / month
Workload: High at the beginning of the month
KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS (With whom, to resolve what problems, with what responsibility?)
1. Asia-Pacific Headquarters Finance & Control Team.
2. Greater China Financial Reporters in Chinese Entities (13 Legal Entities),
3. Business Units Finance Controllers & Financial Analysts (10 Business Units),
KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS (With whom, to resolve what problems, with what responsibility?)
1. IBM Data Center
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Ideal: Masters degree of IT (Major). Bachelor is acceptable. Finance background is a plus.
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ideal: 2-3 years system maintenance experience especially with Hyperion and Essbase experience; Be familiar with Visual basic;Finance background will be a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.
-Good team player with integrity.
-Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility.
-Customer oriented and results driven.
-Strong communication skills.
-Good command of Excel and written/oral English.
Summary of value of job responsibility & degree of its influence on business results
