Responsibilities:
oversees division operation in terms of cost, response, delivery, quality, order planning, production scheduling, inventory control and resources utilization
achieve operations goal within budget and be fully accountable for effective cost management
ensure operations adhere strictly to operating procedures, maintenance program and quality requirement from international quality standard, e.g. QS16949
Staff management and development, grow, develop and retain technical skills in order to meet operation needs/ business growth
act as change agent to drive changes and continuous improvements in Gemba Kaizen methodology to bring organization to world class standard
partner with engineering and project team to launch projects on time to achieve the business needs
Requirements:
degree in mechanical, or electrical engineering, or related technical discipline, with a minimum of five year’s management experience
knowledge and experience in project and resources management
knowledge and experience in total productive management ,Kaizen improvement and relative international quality standard, e.g. ISO/TS16949
finance and costing management
analytical/judgment & decision making capability
