We are now looking for a Head of Professional Training and Service Department for an European group in hearing aid industry.It is one of the world's leading companies in the development, manufacture and distribution of innovative hearing systems and related products for the hard of hearing.
Location ： Shanghai
This person should have received a master’s degree in audiology either in China or abroad in a university program recognized by the authorities. It is preferable for him or her to receive a certification in practice of audiology, if possible, such as CCC-A, or Aud (C), or an equivalent level. A minimum 3 years of working experience in audiology, familiar with all aspects of audiology, such as amplification, clinical testing, equipment, aural rehabilitation, client management, etc. It is also preferable for the person to have training experience. Previous management experience is a strong asset for this position.
The person will lead the department with approx. 6 people. Co-ordinates the departments training for sales people, to the own retail shop people (fitters) as well as to the customer fitters.
Is responsible for the product know-how transfer from the HQ to the China Operation. Teaches all members of his department in respect of new product introductions.
Shall be ‘hands on’, with a strong sense for common daily fitting questions and needs.
High sense of computer skills. Fluent in English for all levels of communication.
