Job description
– Manage multiple openview solution integration project teams with 40 members currently in a fast growing space. – Responsible for staffing, people management, managing of several first line managers, department budgeting, project management and revenue generation.
– Manage major customer programs, openview based solution delivery and the Solution IP competency.
– Manage technology and skill improvement for the department.
– Select, coach and motivate team leaders and team members to insure high productivity, team-working spirit and competence.
Qualifications
– At least 10 years of experience in software engineering and project management
– Customer project implementation experience and customer dealing experience are must
– Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
– Excellent verbal and written English skills.– Experience in staffing, budgeting and resource management
– Pre-sale experience, OV knowledge and/or overseas working experience is a plus
– Team-working attitude, ability to handle multiple tasks and at time under pressure
– Dynamic, outgoing, creative, flexible and goal oriented character– MG1– BS or MS in computer science or related
