Ethics Communication and Training Manager
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Talented communications/training professional needed to develop and disseminate engaging and effective communications/training for Fortune 100 Company’s Asia-Pacific region. Ability to understand and adapt to the complexities of a global company is a must. The successful candidate will be an excellent writer experienced in writing for a diverse, globally dispersed audience. A background in developing online and live training programs from concept to delivery is desirable. This includes uncovering training needs, curriculum development and courseware design and delivery.
Specific Knowledge/Skills The successful candidate will be an excellent writer experienced in writing for a diverse, globally dispersed audience. A background in developing online and live training programs from concept to delivery is desirable. This includes uncovering training needs, curriculum development and courseware design and delivery.Excellent oral communication and presentation skills and graphical/visual design talent are also needed for the candidate to succeed. The candidate will interface extensively with the company’s US-based Office of Ethics and Compliance, and will serve as a liaison between the US and Asia-Pacific region. A bachelor’s degree in a writing or training intensive field is required
