Position: Regional Procurement Director (Europe)

Report to: VP Procurement

Job Qualifications:

35 years old above or 15 years working experience in semiconductor industry or related industry preferred.
International trading experience and semiconductor industry knowledge.
Local working experience preferred. Special occasion allowed.
Bachelor or higher (local school graduated preferred, MBA preferred).
English is a must. The candidate should be able to speak fluent local language or Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT.
Strong team work spirit and communication skills.
International passport and driving license holder.
Strong negotiating skill and customer networking skill.
Intensive travel and heavy work load be shown.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage regional procurement function; accomplish regional purchasing quota, plan and report work directly to the Regional Manager of Europe.
In charge of regional local office(s), provide regional budget and expense report, and manage regional procurement assistants and staffs.
Deploy regional network, hire local candidates, assign local job duties, and execute work/performance review for Europe group.
Provide other local services including conference, shipping, support etc. Be interactive with other department for regional company business.
Provide Customer relationship and *** representing window.
Provide price quotation and require information from suppliers with VP or CEO's approval.
Make deal within company's price guideline and condition allowance.
Regional group job performance review including commission split and work/supplier assignment.
Local business expense reimbursement approval.
