It was definitely an incredible run (going down hill?) for her. But her short tenures at three companies raised many red flags. Is she really as good as she's been claiming? The three companies she worked for are all very competitive. Her justifications of moving from Pimco to McK, from McK to GS are not solid at all. ‘而美国企业界有个默契,只要在麦肯锡工作过一年,便视同MBA资格,这就不但使我因兴趣而想进麦肯锡,实在还有必要进。’This sounds more like a joke. She had Pimco on her resume and she wanted to work in the financial services. What did she want to do with her McK experience?
If she had excelled at any one of the places, she would have stayed longer. Her future employers, partners or business associates would be leery about her ability to deliver. She might be the smartest person on the planet. But can she work with others and deliver the desirable results?
