披头四灵魂约翰列侬最具政治性的经典/也是他最广为人争议的歌之一; (还有首更激烈的"God"实在是挑战了宗教的底线）。

此歌创作发行于The Beatles解散后的同一年(1970年）.

在美国，有电台经理曾因播放此歌面临入狱，在许多其他电台则因歌词里的F*ucking被禁; 在澳洲发行时则唱片歌曲和歌词皆被卫生处理.

先后有二十多个歌手或乐队翻唱过这首歌曲.
