Account Delivery Manager (ADM)
要点:在客户与Team之间起到协调沟通的作用。很强的沟通能力。熟悉财务方面知识。BPO行业背景,带过大型的项目。
Experience
At least 10 years experience handling accounting operations in a customer facing position. Should have handled large accounting teams, have faced customers, and have managed large complex projects. The position requires experience in a multi company environment and with customers in different locations.
Skill sets required
- Knowledge of customer business: Understanding client business, their strategies and challenges are essential to create an environment for customer delight.
- Communication: Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills are required. This position has high interaction with senior management within the customer organization and within BPO.
- Cultural sensitivities: The position supports customers across countries and across various BPO delivery centers. Needs to understand and respect diversity and various cultural sensitivities.
- Customer management: This position is directly responsible for customer management in the ADM role.
Qualification
- Finance or accounting degree or an MBA from a recognized University
