Operation Manager（Finance manager）―大连Urgent!
Responsibilities:
Manage teams operation to ensure daily service delivery with satisfactory quality, meet SLAs
Customer Engagement
As 3nd level escalation point for customer requests or 1st level unresolved issues
Solict customer feedback to improve TCE continuously
Responsible for teams Operational excellence continuous process improvement
Strategic planning on team operation baseline and set up business BMPs
Departmental financial management
People management, including compensation, performance management, career development

Qualification:
Education
Typically a Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience
Experience
At least 9 years working experience with 5 years experience as leader/manager with direct reports in a multinational or large local company, preferably in a BPO type or IT service industry (finance).
