System Development Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall area execution, delivery and competency coverage
Hire and supervise qualified engineers
Estimate, track, and manage development projects
Manage application and systems support process and handle escalations
Drive implementation and adherence to standard processes and ongoing continuous improvement
Manage overall capacity and scheduling
Resolve resource issues
Assist teams with creating and achieving area/team goals
Monitor and manage delivery against headquarter goals/metrics

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Responsive support in 24×7 environment
Able to travel to US for training and planning
Excellent command of spoken and written English
8+ years experience with software systems development life cycle including requirements, design, development, implementation, and support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3+ years of management experience
Excellent team management skills
Familiar with software development life cycle
