Position:Project Manager
Location:shanghai
Role Description
 Responsible for overall area execution, delivery and competency coverage
 Drive implementation and adherence to standard processes and ongoing continuous improvement
 Manage overall capacity and scheduling
 Resolve resource issues
 Identify net staffing requirements
 Assist teams with creating and achieving area/team goals
 Conducts software quality assurance reviews
 Serve as Shanghai on-site leader responsible for ensuring Shanghai on-shore project staff can effectively deliver per the established processes, policies, procedures and goals
 Lead and facilitate projects aimed at improving Shanghai on-shore project capability, delivery and support services
 Identify and escalate issues to area PL’s
 Monitor and manage delivery against headquarter goals/metrics
 Generate regular Shanghai on-shore project status reports
 Facilitate post-project lessons learned sessions

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
 Excellent command of spoken and written English
 Minimum of 8-10 years relevant project delivery experience, and above 5years project management experience
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent team management skills
 Familiar with software quality management and software development life cycle
