I read it somewhere long time ago but have forgotten the source and the whole story. His parents tried to change something about him. He had issues with his mom particularly. After the counselor talked with him for a few sessions (a session?), then said to his parent: stop trying to change him.
He had a habit of rocking front and back while doing things. He is very arrogant and a control freak, Paul Allen is the guy who is easier going.
Personaly I don't think he is as great as Steve Jobs.
Microsoft is what it is is really because monopoly. But Microsoft has missed so many boats and were really copy cats.
Bill Gates Sr. is a very powerful lawyer, not just an average one. Her mom is related to the Forbes' family. For those type of family, going to Harvard might be because big donnations and killer recommendation letter by some
big big shot.
