Another persective:
1. How big is the opportunity? maybe you could take the few days/2 weeks training to see, or learn more about company or industry.

2. If the win could be big enough, then test the bttom line, accept the offer no matter what it is fair or not..

3. For 5 yrs, you would have a lot of options, surely not limted to the contract. Sometime even you do nothing, things move and shake themselves.

4. In the end, is it an easy way to let the company termninate the contract when you are on a "CFO" position?

5. When luck knocks on your door, some details could be dismissed, a lot of times, luck wins smart.....
