General Job Description
Manage the product development project from concept design to pilot production.
Key Tasks:
1. Lead the project team to ensure expected and promised products are delivered on time with the right cost and quality;
2. Reporting the project progress to the project office, project committee and DD Management team. This includes monthly reports, monthly resource estimation, stage gate reporting etc;
3. Manage the project team are cross country/culture and departments. Drive all action items, deliverables, and schedule and be flexible with new assignment to ensure product launch.
Requirements:
1.Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English both writing and verbal, are required;
2. Experience in product development project management and coordination on global basis;
3.10+ years working experience. 5+ years experience in R&D project management. Certified PMP is preferred;
4.Hold BA degree of Engineering (Software engineering, Mechanical, Electrical engineering);
5.Have an experience in motor control is a plus;
6.Must be a self-motivated, self-confident team player. People management skills required.
