Scope of responsibility：
1． Set the long-term vision of the business in China, ensure the consensus with employees, set middle-and-long-term strategy and guide its implementation.
2． Improve the achievement of local juridical persons in China, guide expansion of the business, enlarge the sale in domestic market of China (export to China, domestic local sale in China etc), explore business option in China and realize diversification, obtain the Quick-win result of rising new business (business promoting drive and L/H/C), and boost the M&A (Non-commodity M&A etc.) targeting at Inorganic growth.
3． In order to realize long-term development of the business in China, create the domestic organizing institutes in China, establish the domestic HR System and localization (ensure excellent personnel) in China, and establish preeminent organizing culture suitable to Chinese business characteristics/cultural environment.
4． Explore the operating plan with operators in petrochemical industry, attract the support and assistance from Korean/Chinese government and relevant constitutional leaders; enhance the insight on Chinese business through the networking with relevant institutes such as associations/academies etc.
Job requirement：
1． The exploring and developing capacity on new chemical operation.
2． Capable of leading diversification and innovation so as to form/promote organizational culture
3． Capable of leading the members with various nationalities (China, Korea) to create business achievement
