项目经理_项目管理办公室
Project Manager _PMO(上海或南京)
Your Tasks
Project Management:
-Project Portfolio Management and PM Competence Development
-Special Project Management
Process Optimization:
-Lead and promote process analysis and perform continuous process optimization
-Implementation / harmonization of relevant processes for all business units and plants
-Respond to parts shortage and optimize planning with good problem-solving skills
Move:
-Lead MOVE implementation in overhead area
-Lead F4Q implementation as well as other continous improvement activities for Automotive organization
Your Profile
-Bachelor degree or above in automobile or mechanical engineering
-Minimum 8 years working experience in project management in automotive field, having cross function experience in sales, engineering ,quality , logistics, production is preferred
-Skillful project management, leadership, coordination, team building and self-motivating
-Good at communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship
-Mature, smart, detailed thinking, down to earth
-Good command of English both in oral and written
高级项目工程师-综合报告及协调 Sr. Project Engineer- General Reporting & Coordination（南京江宁）
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, identify, analyze and summarize project related information from related partners. Project may include new plant setup project, new product line setup project, new production introduction project, etc.
- Make different project reports to HQ, RHQ and management team
- Track and coordinate open issues of project
- Conduct other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 3 years project management experience in a multinational company, familiar with project management process and procedures
- Good presentation and PPT, excel skills
- Good communication, coordination and problem solving skills
- Proactive, goal focus, responsible, down to earth and perform well under stress
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel if necessary
