Marketing Service supervisor
Responsibilities
Assist Marketing Services Manager to lead and manage BHC Call Center team to achieve the department target
Focus on customer satisfaction, reduction, compliance and providing real value to the business
Train/coach Call Center team members in both medical and service skills
Establish& implement SOP to improve Call Center KPI
Communicate with key stakeholders, provide hotline analysis reports and share action plan
Work relations:
Internal customers:All internal customers with demand for Call Center Activities,mainly from Marketing,Sales and Medical/Regulatory
Internal business partners:IT Organization, Procurement,ICS,Legal,Business Development,CAO organization
External:Service Providers and Regulatory administration
Qualifications
College degree and above
Pharmaceutical or medical industry experience is necessary
Fluent English skill is necessary
Excellent leadership is necessary
Call center or service experiences is a plus
Good at communication,negotiation and problem solving
Frequent user of MS Office
