O&I Business Partner
Responsibilities
Build-up and develop a comprehensive know-how regarding marketing & sales processes within Bayer healthcare in china
Develop business analysis and process reengineering skills to provide key users with process solutions to critical business problems
Collaborate indentify process improvement and cost optimization opportunities and bring these ideas back into the O&I organization
Monitor business process technology for recurring issues and emerging trends an escalate when appropriate
Establish and develop a network with Key-User in BHC Marketing and sales including supporting business functions
Support Key-User and process owners in the preparation and execution of process and system initiatives，develop and substantiate project proposals
Participate as a team member in BHC China projects and enhancement initiatives .He/she also provides technical and business process expertise to O&I projects, to assure that business requirements are met
Support the users of the BHC China in the related business area. Monitor business process performance relative to defined Key Performance Indicators.
Work with project teams and BHC QA to promote and validate continued business process compliance
Work relations
Internal: Process Owner and Key Users in his domain of expertise ,regional and global O&I organization, Bayer Business Services
External: IT service providers
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of overall experience in business information systems, along with a university or advanced degree, preferably in a business discipline or in computer science.
Strong experience and expert knowledge in Marketing & Sales and/or supporting functions-Business Process and technical knowledge(CRM/ETMS systems)
A high level of Healthcare industry knowledge is also desired. The effective performance of this job requires the incumbent to be or to become familiar with BHC China’s business processes and to have a comprehensive knowledge of BHC’s IT system landscape and the Global O&I Organization
The IT skills comprise standards and systems, modeling techniques, development methodology(s), business analysis/design concepts as well as project management skills.
Sensitivity to people with varying backgrounds is necessary. Since incumbent must have contact with all levels of people with different professional backgrounds.
The incumbent must be fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
