Branch manager
Responsibility
1. Top management, provide assistance on company development strategy to decision-making level, and be responsible for short-term and long-term decision and strategy within his functional area, and have importance effects on company medium or long term aim;
2. Be responsible for supervision and management on daily operation of branch company;
3. Prepare annual aim for branch company, and follow up implementation scheduling on aims;
4. Be responsible for check, approval and following up of plan from each dept.
5. Be responsible for management on operation quality, ensure daily operation quality validly and finally reach customer’s satisfaction;
6. Be responsible for marketing development of branch company;
7. Be responsible for reporting operation status and achievement on branch company to headquarter;
8. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, or other technical major;
2. 5 years working experience in foreign company with minimum 2 years in automobile manufacture field;
3. Experience in managing the budget for projects in excess of 5 million CNY;
4. Has leadership ability, strong team management;
5. Well organized and structured working style;
6. Good written and spoken English or German skills;
