Responsibilities:
- Managing the PRODUCT as a whole (making orderings, organizing deliveries, stocktakings, stockroom organisation, etc)
- Managing the TEAM and controlling all the HR procedures (fashion advisors recruitment; training, developing and appraising the team, solve conflicts, make the schedules, organising holidays, controlling the hours, etc)
- Provide and guarantee the best COSTUMER SERVICE according to the costumer.
- Assure an excellent Image of the store by accurate merchandising.
Requirements:
- University degree is required.
- At least 5 years experience in managing a store or a section in retail, specially fashion retail.
- Experience in Costumer Service at high level stores will be appreciated.
- Also deep knowledge of product design, trends and fabrics.
- English is compulsory, other languages are appreciated.
