Job Description:
Project management (designing, planning, scheduling, resource managing, etc.)
Communicating with customers
People management (training, mentoring, creating career plans, team building, etc.)
Requirements:
Humble and honest
Computer science degree or an equivalent degree
3 or more years in project development
2 or more years in management
Experience in managing mid/large projects (above 50 man months)
Good knowledge in process defining, implementation and management
Good knowledge in quality control
Good English, Japanese prefer
Good communicating skills
Good problem solving skills
