1, Snowwolf obveriously experienced the so-called "Culture Shock", here "Culture" which refers to both local culture and company culture. The sad thing is he didn't handle well with this shock and adjust himself in the new evironment but left.
2, Just imagin if Snowwolf had no any leeway (house in US, or other considerations in US, if any), he would probably stay longer than he did, and would contribut more to the new company by impacting his own new ideas, efforts and influence. Further more, one can hardly change things overnight.
3, If you have no very strong support from someone else, the reorgnizaiton is the last thing you might want to do at your very beginning period in a new company, not to mention that I wouldn't agree with Snowwolf about resource-effectiveness stuff.
4, The learning point of this case to me is that going back China is not that easy. Well-prepared mindset and heart are both needed.
5, Snowwolf is not a loser in the long-run.
