It is my last day in Sofia, Bulgaria!!!
I called Joanne, my co-worker in the very early morning (3:00am here). I needed to go through the agenda with her item by item before leaving. Every problem I experienced in the past two weeks became so interesting and funny that people in the states could never image. Both of us could not stop laughing, I were laughing so hard in an empty office building just like a crazy ghost.
"next time, you come, I stay" I said to her.
To be fair and earnest, people here are extremely nice and hard working. I really love them personally. A few minutes ago, a manager came to my office with a paper and she read the lines from it: "we will invite you to a lunch, hope you can join us, thanks". That is not easy for her to speak English and I feel very sorry that I almost lose my patient with her a few days ago. After Lunch, I will say goodbye to them (their trandition is to hug and kiss each other on the face for good bye) .
Then, I will take overnight train to the city of Belgrade for the weekend. I did some home work before going to the Belgrade and I am copying a paragraph below to share something very interesting with you, that is from a well known Belgrade writer Milorad Pavic's Autobiograph
My last stop will be in Munich. I can't wait to see Munich after two years. The city is an old friend to me, that reminds me so much...all memory comes back again. I have several phone numbers with me, but I am not sure if I will call. Time is changing everything, including mood.

－－A paragraph from Milorad Pavic's Autobiograph－－?
I was the most unread writer in my country until 1984, after which I became the most widely read.
I wrote one novel in the form of a dictionary ( the novel " Dictionary of the Khazars" made Milorad Pavic a well known person in the world), a second in the form of a crossword, a third in the form of a clepsydra and fourth in the form of a tartot book, I tried to be as little trouble to these novels as possible. I believe the novel is a kind of cancer－－ it lives of it's metastasis.
To my astonishment, my books have already been translated 73 times into different languages, In short, I have no biography, I have only a bibliography(a list of books).
The greatest disappointments in my life have come from my victories. Victory does not pay.
I was the best known writer of the most hated nation in the world－－the Serbian nation (Milorad Pavic was borned in Belgrade, Yugoslavia).
