it is not there are those who work and there are those who don't. you would only see it this way because you fail to understand how coorporate world works>
the thing is: there are those who work hard and are experts in their own fileds on detail levels, and there are those are experts of how to put the other kinds to work hard and work right on the strategic level.
this is not bullshit. this takes real visions and knows how to develop strategies and implement them with the right tactics.
from where you stand, you may fail to understand that, but once you are part of management, you would understand that takes more than bullshit.
thinking you can bullshit your boss and you boss's boss by listening to tapes...find out about their training background
(including their academic training, their previous work experiences and the types of corproate management training they have been to) then you would understand managerial skills and knowledges is everything but bullshit.
do what you want with your own life and it anyway you like with your own professional development, but introducing as a magic trick here is to mislead others, that is totally irresponsible
