• Oversees the manufacture of parts and/or equipment, and develops and implements production methods, schedules, procedures, and standards.

• Give working order to Production supervisors and shift supervisors
D. Qualifications (minimum education and relevant experience necessary to perform the job
successfully. List specialized equipment, software and machines used in performing the work):
• Mechanically inclined with ability to effectively resolve technical problems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and theory in assigned area.
• Computer skills: Knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet applications required (MS Word & Excel preferred). Familiarity with manufacturing resource planning software required.
• Managerial and/or leadership training skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization.
• Strong organization and time management skills required.
• Ability to effectively resolve employee issues and concerns.
