岗位职责：
Primary Responsibilities: (will include other duties as needed)
You will be responsible for leading several teams to develop new chemicals route and production scale-up design. You will have frequent interaction with cross-functional department leaders and you will be the key person to originate and direct product development strategy. Continuous improvement on the overall capability of the team and coaching will also constitute a key element.

2、 产品项目的研发和相关组织、部门之间工作的协调；
3、 研发过程中疑难问题的攻关和协调；
4、 研发团队的建设和管理；
5、 研究技术发展方向，制定技术发展战略规划.
任职要求：
1、化工类或材料类专业，研究生及以上学历；
major in chemical engineering or material engineering, master degree or above;
2、5年以上分子筛产品研发工作经验；
more than 5 years working experience in product R & D refer to molecular sieve;
3、能够独立带领团队开展课题的研究工作；
can lead the team to carry out the research work of related subjects;
4、诚实稳重，良好的职业操守.
