+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the complete scope and all aspects of the service operations in China. (Your clients will be primarily from the shipbuilding industry)
+ Responsible for service, maintenance, trouble shooting and optimizing in connection with service jobs on remote controlled hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems, the respective electronic controls as well tank level measuring systems in the shipbuilding industry.
+ Manage all service engineers according to their education and abilities to carry out timely and efficient work.
+ Responsible for preparation of inspection and service reports within employee's duties as required by the company.
+ Be the link between all related departments of Headquarters in Shanghai and valued customers.
Requirements:
+ Technical degree, preferably in Hydraulic and Electrical & Automation systems
+ At least 5 years experience in commissioning of Hydraulic and Electrical & Automation systems
+ At least 3 years in a client facing supervisor role
+ Extensive experience with automation systems for ship building applications
+ Good knowledge on PC-based automation control systems and components are required
+ Good communication and presentation skills with mature personality
+ Ability to work under pressure independently
+ Ability to conduct service calls to existing clients, identify customer needs, create value based service proposals, develop service packages and provide efficient service
+ Proven self-management skills
+ Flexible to work outside normal working hours to enable global customer communication
+ Fluent English, in writing, reading and listening
+ Chinese native speaker
+ Ability to think independently and to make a sophisticated judgement concerning service procedures
+ Target oriented
+ Ability to exert influence on other parts of the organization
+ Hands-on mentality
+ Willingness to live and work in Shanghai
