Job description
Global Mobility PMO Program manager will have end-to-end responsibility for pulling together all components of the Program into one comprehensive view. Includes but is not limited to:
• Take direction from the Global Mobility PMO executive & the lead strategies
• Provide direction to the overall Global Mobility Project manager
• Work closely with the CIO Core team business advisor and other management as required
• Very strong communications and leadership skills.
The Global Mobility PMO will have to interact with numerous extended team members located in various time zones so this employee will need to be able to have a very flexible work schedule to conduct meetings during off hours locally in order to accommodate the project team.
Mobility is a strategic program part of the Workplace of the Future strategy. Anyone filling this roll will be performing a global role & will need to be flexible to working a modified schedule to be available for meetings at a mutually agreeable time, as required..
Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years experience in Local Market Experience
• English: Fluent
Salary range: RMB 250-300K/year
