Summary:
The Business Development Manager/Director will work closely with the President of the company China and also with the Corporate Development in the US and will be intimately involved in all aspects of the company China business development strategy, enhancing relationships with the government as well as capitalizing on breakaway new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop partnerships, alliances with enterprises in China to help the company grow
2.Establish productive relationships with the business units, understanding their businesses, and being familiar with their strategic objectives.
3.Provide leadership to cross-functional team (including sales, marketing, legal, finance, US HQ etc.) on transactions and business deals with Chinese entities (either private or government)
4.Work with external parties such as law firms, consulting firms, on lobbying, developing local business strategy

Ideal:
•University or above degree from Top-local university, ideally in a technical area (computer science or electronic engineering). Master or above degree a strong plus.
•2-3 years working in the government or closely with government agencies
•2-3 years work experience in US or US-firm in China in a high tech or consulting firm
•2-3 years experience in business development role with high technology company
•MBA or JD from top-tier school preferred.
